Does Kate Greenaway’s famous 1886 picture book A Apple Pie provide the perfect inspiration for what to do with all those apples?

This face belongs to me, Ceri — the one on the left. When I’m not drinking tea and eating biscuits in a semi-vegetative state, I’m usually surrounded by books. I read them, buy them, sell them, photograph them, and sometimes even write about them.
